Manual Account Deletion Steps via Meta

If you connected Zapin via Meta Business Manager and wish to revoke access:

  1. Go to Meta Business Suite > Business Settings > System Users / WhatsApp Accounts.
  2. Locate the Zapin Cloud API integration and click Remove Integration.
  3. Meta will automatically trigger our webhook endpoint to revoke access tokens and initiate local data purge.
