Terms of Service & Usage Agreement

By registering for, subscribing to, or accessing Zapin ("Platform"), you enter into a legally enforceable agreement with Zayto India ("Company", "we", "us"), a registered entity under the laws of India. If you use Zapin on behalf of a company or commercial enterprise, you represent and warrant that you possess full corporate authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Zapin operates as a direct Meta Cloud API integration solution. Users must strictly adhere to all official Meta WhatsApp guidelines:

• Explicit Customer Opt-In: You must obtain verifiable opt-in consent from all recipient phone numbers before initiating WhatsApp template broadcasts.
• Template Approval: All outbound business-initiated messages must utilize pre-approved Meta message templates within sanctioned categories (Marketing, Utility, Authentication).
• Zero Spam & Prohibited Content: Unsolicited spam, misleading content, or violation of Meta's Commerce Policy will result in immediate API termination by Meta.

Zapin SaaS subscriptions provide access to the platform CRM, multi-agent live inbox, campaign studio, and automation tools. Meta conversation-based fees are billed per Meta's country-specific rate card. All software subscription fees are non-refundable once an active billing cycle has commenced.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
